These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gb99k ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the gb99k website at https://gb99k.net and any associated mobile or desktop applications or services.

By accessing the gb99k platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a guest browsing the site, or a returning user — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms incorporate by reference the gb99k Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms and conditions published alongside individual promotions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the more specific document shall take precedence for the matter it addresses, and these general Terms shall govern all other matters.

gb99k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the cost of using the platform — gb99k will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address on your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of gb99k following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on gb99k, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gb99k operates a strict 18+ policy. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of another individual for the purpose of gambling or placing bets on this platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of gb99k or any of its affiliated technology or payment service providers.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the platform, whether at your own request or as a result of a breach of these Terms.

gb99k reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed if verification fails.

To access the full range of gb99k services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in real-money games and betting markets, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gb99k will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless the activity resulted directly from a security breach on gb99k's systems.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, gb99k may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold set by gb99k at its discretion. KYC verification is also required if the platform's risk and compliance systems flag your account for review. Requested documents may include:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport — front and back.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot or confirmation showing your name is associated with the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used to deposit.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by gb99k's compliance team may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. gb99k processes KYC submissions within three (3) business days of receipt of all required documents.

gb99k processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers to accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi financial institutions.

The current minimum deposit is ৳200. gb99k does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees as per their current fee schedule. gb99k is not responsible for third-party fees charged by payment providers.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are published in the Payments section of the platform. gb99k aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Processing times may be extended if a KYC review is pending or if the withdrawal triggers a compliance check.

• Withdrawals will only be approved to accounts that have been verified in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• gb99k reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or that triggers its risk management systems.
• Deposits made via payment methods that cannot be reversed to the original source (for example, certain mobile wallet transactions) may be subject to alternative withdrawal routing at gb99k's discretion, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards.
• Any funds deposited in error or credited to your account as a result of a technical malfunction must be reported to support immediately. gb99k reserves the right to reverse erroneously credited funds at any time upon discovery, regardless of whether those funds have been wagered.

gb99k offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. The following general principles apply to all gb99k bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, sports betting markets, and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permissible single bet is ৳500 or the equivalent stake limit specified in the promotion, whichever is lower. Placing bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus per household: gb99k's welcome and registration bonuses are limited to one per player, per household address, and per shared device or IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotional offer multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared infrastructure will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and whose accounts are in good standing. gb99k reserves the right to withhold any bonus from players whose accounts are under review, suspended, or subject to ongoing KYC procedures.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire as specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

gb99k reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any player who has already received a bonus will have their existing wagering requirements honoured until expiry. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted under applicable local regulations.

If gb99k determines that a player has abused its bonus system — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, bonus stacking, or coordinated account behaviour with other players to exploit promotional terms — gb99k reserves the right to reclaim all bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the account without liability.

By using gb99k, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gb99k platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using an alias, fictitious identity, or the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or in response to any KYC, verification, or compliance request.
• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to interact with gb99k's platform in a way not permitted by these Terms, including but not limited to automated betting, odds scraping, or session hijacking.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error are void and must be returned to gb99k.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes in any game or sports betting market.
• Attempting to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or use the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward gb99k staff, support agents, or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any element of the gb99k platform, its software, design, or content.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to disguise your true location in a manner that would affect your eligibility to use the platform.

gb99k reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, gb99k may freeze the account and withhold pending withdrawals without prior notice. If a breach is confirmed, gb99k may terminate the account, void all associated bets and winnings, retain any deposited funds where legally permitted, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content appearing on the gb99k platform — including but not limited to the gb99k brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional artwork, and software — is the intellectual property of gb99k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gb99k platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the gb99k platform without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any gb99k content, design element, or software component.
• Use the gb99k name, logo, or branding in any external publication, website, social media profile, or marketing material without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the gb99k platform on any external website or application.

Game content made available through gb99k's platform from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. gb99k holds valid licences to distribute this content but does not claim ownership over it.

Any unauthorised use of gb99k's intellectual property or that of its content partners may result in legal action. gb99k actively monitors for and takes action against trademark infringement, counterfeit sites, and unauthorised use of its brand identity.

Either party may initiate the closure of a gb99k player account. The process and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. gb99k will process closure requests within 48 hours of receipt. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons — including if you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life — gb99k strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings, which provides immediate account suspension rather than waiting for manual processing.

gb99k-initiated suspension or closure: gb99k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Discovery that the account belongs to a person under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be frozen or closed.
• Extended account inactivity (as defined by gb99k's inactivity policy published in the account settings section).

In cases where closure is initiated by gb99k due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, the balance will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus balances and winnings derived entirely from bonus play may be forfeited in the event of a material breach.

Accounts closed due to self-exclusion or at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons will not be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period of six (6) months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. gb99k takes self-exclusion commitments seriously and will refuse any attempt to circumvent an active exclusion through a new account registration.
